Steel days and Pioneer Day... a little late :)

So, we sweat out the parade only for Keagan to tell me that it was so lame because he had already seen the floats at Orem Fest. Yeah for sweating for nothing!!

We did have lots of fun at the oh so classy carnival! The boys always love the little roller coasters! It is just as much fun for me to watch them :)

Cam was too little to ride with the big boys, but he was so happy driving around in circles over and over again!

For the 24th we went to my Uncle's house for a super fun Pioneer day get together. We always have so much fun when we get together with the family! My uncle and his kids had a huge bouncer and a big blow up water slide. There was even a canoe full of water to swim in and a hard core game of badmitten (sp??). Keagan and Kaid thought the snails in the garden were the coolest ever and we had to search forever to find one for Kaid after Keagan found this little beauty.

Wow, is all I can say!! These two do not look as big and tough as they thought they did!! {especialy my son :( }

Cam was feelin a little bit chilly, but lovin the canoe!

Wild animals!! havin a total blast!

My cute little helper Kaitlyn and Cam

Cam and Grandpa watching the fireworks show. Gotta love the 24th, the pioneers walked forever in the cold pulling wagons and enduring all kinds of crazy stuff, we celebrate by lighting gunpowder?? Go figure, but it is lots of fun!!

Family pictures

my wonderful and oh so talented sister, Lori Muse, took family pictures for us this weekend. I am not so loving my big old pregnant face and body shape, but I love my family and we may as well capture the moment, right?? Anyway, she did a great job! It was really hard to choose which pictures to post. If anyone needs pictures done, let me know... I know a great photographer!! Caution... This is how the whole family thing gets started!!

Owls game and to the park with friends

We went to the Owls game with Mike and Diana and family and Mom and Dad McKee on Monday. We had a blast! It's always fun to hang out with the family and enjoy summer time!
I think the kids had enjoyed the park more than anything else!

More fun with boys & a baby shower :)

Anyone who knows Keagan, knows that he is Mr. Activities. He loves to create, and on Monday he created this disturbing dinosaur mask. Serious imagination!
My little Elmer Fudd (as Janet would say) sleeping with his most prized posession, actually any gun will do.

Monday night and Tuesday Kelly and I got yucky sick and I was completly useless as a mom. As I layed in bed all day Keagan and Kaiden were busy at work DESTROYING their bedroom!! You could not see the carpet! Underneath all the toys are a million game pieces from 9 board games, 7 decks of cards, 4 sets of dominos, and lots more fun stuff!! Let me tell you how happy I was! It only took Kelly, Keagan and me 2hrs and 45 minutes to pick up all the stuff! That's what I get for being sick I guess!
The boys went to a super cute Rock Star (Hannah Montana) birthday party for Kylee on Thursday. Amber threw such a cute party. There were tattoos, blue hair for boys, colored hair extentions for girls, glitter makeup, and a nail painting station. Amber set up the video camera and the kids watched themselves dance (mostly mosh) in their 70 in tv. They loved it!!

ok, so this is not the cuttest picture ever, but it must be said that Summer Sno shaved ice is absolutly one of my FAVORITE parts of summer!! If you haven't been, you must go!! No preservatives and they are the best!

My wonderful friends threw me a most fabulous baby shower on Friday! It was so much fun! I felt totally spoiled having a shower for a fourth baby, but we all know how rough boys are on clothes and I got some super cute new stuff!! I really appreciated it! Huge thanks to Heather and Janet for all their work!! Lisa and Summer also helped even though they couldn't make it-- you guys are awesome!! Thank You!! Thanks also to all my wonderful friends and family for all your support and gifts! :)

My super skinny forever friend Sue

My cute mom made this awesome quilt for Casen. It is huge and I LOVE it!!

My sister Angie sent a little love in the mail! Thanks so much Ang! I LOVE the outfits and the little shoes are the cuttest things I have ever seen!! I wish I had a picture of what is inside the gift so everyone could see how cute!

My long lost friend Tara Demke. I was so happy to see her after over 2 1/2 years.

I decided to give the boys haicuts on Saturday, rather than just shave their heads as I had planned, we went for a rockin day of mohawks. They were so cute, but when Kelly got home from work, he was not a fan of the new look.
After lots of fun at "playgroup" we stopped and picked up some Little Ceasars pizza and watched the remote control car races. Always a favorite with the boys!

Pelvic problems...or poop??

Ok, so I can honestly say that I never would have guessed the Dr.'s suggested solution for Keagan's excruciating leg and hip pain... Miralax. What?? Keagan tripped over the soccer ball crazy and landed on his hip at a game way back in March. He limped for a while and complained that his hip and leg hurt for about a week. Ever since, he randomly complains about hip and leg problems on his right leg. Today it was especially bad and was begging to go to the dr. He even asked if they would have to cut his leg open, but still wanted to go. To me that meant he must have been hurting pretty bad and after two doses of Tylenol and a hot pack and a warm bath he was still crying about how much his hip hurt. So, at 8pm we headed over to insta care because he acted like he would never make it through the night. The dr. tested his hip flexability and then sent him over to get x rays. Keagan winced in pain as the nurse possioned his legs. When the Dr. finally had us look at the films, he said that his bones looked really good. He said sometimes the growth plates in kid's hips slide like the top of an icecream cone and that could hurt. But, his main concern was that Keagan was very constapated and needed to be treated. This would probably take away his hip pain. WHAT?? Not to be gross, but he is a very regular kid and has never complained about not being able to go to the bathroom. Apparently, the dr. was concerned with the amount of stool in his bowls and suggested that when he complains about hip pain, I should give him some miralax. Ok? Not exactly the prognosis that I had expected!! Hopefully it works :)
