Super Boys, Raya's Birthday, Janet's Shower, Family Reunion, and Family Night

Camden wants to be one of the big boys so bad! He loves playing super hero's with the big boys, only the super suits don't fit super well :(

Be scared!! I am!

Friday afternoon we got to go to Raya's 3rd birthday. It was a prince and princess party, here are my royal guys

Saturday morning we had Janet's baby girl breakfast. We ate at Kneaders -YUM!!- I totally recommend the sticky cinnamon bread french toast-awesome!

Heather found this idea on www.twopeasinabucket.com so cute! This is my attempt at making them.

Me, Janet, Heather

Lori wasn't able to come, so I got to bring her daughter Kaitie with us. She is getting so big and loves being on of the girls! Such a cutie!!

Next we were off to the Family Reunion at Wheeler Farm. Kelly is always so excited about these events where we don't know anyone! This is my beautiful mom and beautiful grandma Lois. Kelly stayed about 20 minutes and then was off to meet Tyler at the driving range with dad, who also felt he had served his time.

Cam and the boys loved chasing the ducks and geese. Cam didn't seem to care that all the big geese were hissing at him the entire time he was around them.

Leave it to my boys to find a way to do what they want! Bunnies in a cage, no problem- we will pet them if we want to!

The joys of boys!! It doesn't really matter that there are tons of people on the bike path or that the bathroom is not far, boys can pee anywhere, right? I couldn't resist a picture of thier little bums!
We went up the canyon for family night to a park we had never been to before. We will go back for sure! I am so grateful to live in such a beautiful place!!

Kaid doesn't think he is big stuff or anything!

My star napper and a temporary pet

Camden escaped from naptime to show me how shiny and bright he was. Kaiden swears that Cam decorated himself, hmm.

We went on a walk this afternoon and Keagan found himself a pet snake. Unfortunatly dad wasn't as excited about the pet as Keagan. Kelly let the boys take the snake swimming in the bath tub (YUM!!) and then they let him go back to his family. So sad!

Janet's 30th, Cabelas, The pool, the lake, and Summer Fest!

Happy Birthday to my beautiful friend Janet!! I love ya! We had a blast as usual. Poor Kelly added to the fun of the evening. (super small blanket sleepers to wrestling singlet... yikes!)

Look at those bellies!!

A night at Cabelas, always a favorite with the boys!

Just look at that sweet little baby face!

Camden sending out the vibe to all those little ladies in swimming diapers!

The kids (and mom) always love a day at the pool! Thanks Heather for the invite!

Saturday we went to the Lake with the Greenes. We had a blast and loved their new boat!

Kelly tried wake surfing. He did awesome!! It was fun to watch, Kaid can't wait to be like dad!
Me, Amber, and little Roman

The kids loved swimming in the lake. Keagan had to be reassured that there were no whales, sharks, or crocodiles before he would get in :)

Hurray!! Summer Fest finally came! We have been every year since Keagan was born. It is always so much fun to watch the parade and the fireworks are always great!

We were so happy that Uncle Adam could come with his cute friends Kelli, Colby, and Jen.

Camden was in sugar heaven with salt water taffy being thrown from every angle!

Keagan, Kaid and Uncle Adam were so excited to get new ties at the parade, what handsom guys!! (uncle Adam shmozed Kaiden's tie for a sample of shampoo, later he realized he didn't get such a great deal)

Keagan and Taylor

This is what happens when you don't wear sunscreen to the lake. Kelly is hating life and the boys are constantly reminding me that we always have to wear sunscreen. Lesson learned!! Ouch!!

The naptime fun continues!!

Honestly what will they come up with next??? I am so scared! So, at least it is not fecal matter, but really is there anything harder to clean than Eucerine?? My sweet little children turn into little demons when I put them down for naps! Thanks to Keagan for not joining in on the fun, but a little warning that the room and kids were being covered in ultra thick cream would have been appreciated!! And yes, that once full jar is now completly EMPTY!

So glad Cam wanted to be a white dalmation today instead of a black lab. Hides the cream a little better, right?

Here is a little peek at some of the destruction. Also covered were the carpet, book shelf, table, blankets, toy bins, walls, and pretty much everything in the room. Yea! After a desperate call to my mom for cleaning solutions I tried to scrape off excess eucerine but after using almost half a roll of paper towells I remembered my pampered chef scraper. Life saver in this situation. Mom's suggestion of using a laundry detergent paste to degrease was a super idea. Their now mostly clean room is super moisturized and smells like gain fresh laundry!

Thanks again boys for another fun day of naptime drama!! Always keeping me on my toes!

I've been tagged... my marriage

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN MARRIED? As of cinco de mayo it has been seven years!
HOW OLD IS YOUR SPOUSE? My man is a young 31! I love being younger {by a whole 2 years :) }!
WHO EATS MORE? Given my curent state of gaining weight faster than I can imagine, it's a toss up. Actually, he doesn't usually eat breakfast, so probably me-- Ouch!
WHO SAID "I LOVE YOU" FIRST? He did, but I was thinking it!
WHO IS TALLER? Kelly is taller. He's come a long way from 4'9" as a freshman in HS. My cute man actually is the tallest in his family at 5'11".
WHO SINGS BETTER? Kelly by farrrrr! I have a horrible voice! My poor children will probably be scarred from hearing me sing to them at night. Kelly even sang at General Conference with his fellow MTCers.
WHO IS SMARTER? Not a fair question, are brains are stronger in totally different areas. I would say it's about equal!
WHO CONTROLS THE TV REMOTE? Considering we can hardly ever find it.. I would say it is pretty equal. We currently only have one working tv in the house and there are only about 5 english speaking channels on it, so there isn't much to fight over.
WHO'S TEMPER IS WORSE? So sad to say it is without a doubt me! Kelly only gets audibly mad at me when we are towing my super duper van to the shop. Really he is an amazing peacemaker when it comes to our relationship!
WHO DOES THE LAUNDRY? Almost always me, just because we really don't like to work when we are together. I try to get most of that stuff done while he is at work, but if I want a partner to fold laundry at turtle speed- he is always willing!
WHO DOES THE DISHES? Usually me, Kelly is totally willing as long as he doesn't have to touch the yucky icky soggy food. He really is great about cleaning anything.
WHO SLEEPS ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE BED? Looking at the headboard, I sleep on the right. Sleeping on the left would just be wrong!
WHO COOKS DINNER? Usually me, sometimes I actually make meals. Once in a while he surprises me with something yummy.
WHO IS MORE STUBBORN? No contest-- It is me! (Thank you dad!)
WHO IS THE FIRST TO ADMIT THEY ARE WRONG? I would say we are pretty even in that area, that is if I were ever to actually be wrong :)
WHOS PARENTS DO YOU SEE THE MOST? I would say it's pretty even, maybe my family a little more.
WHO HAS MORE FRIENDS? Maybe me, only because I have a lot more time to hang out with friends.
WHO HAS MORE SIBLINGS? I have one more than him. We had four girls then two boys. Kelly's mom had four boys then one girl. Big surprise we will have four boys soon. I'm not sure we will make it to the opposite sex fifth child.
WHO WEARS THE PANTS IN THE FAMILY? Our familly has two pairs of pants.
